● Features of the pad area
6 mm thick. A sufficient hemostatic effect is achieved by the pressure applied through the secure fastening of the adhesive tapes.
Oval-shaped, 27 mm long. The tape covers the gap between the access site of the skin and the vessels, to stop the bleeding of the vessels with angiopressure. The oval-shape helps soothe skin irritation.
● The first layer, which has direct contact with the skin, is made from an extremely thin non-woven cellulose fabric which instantly absorbs the blood. The tape area consists of a non-woven polyester fabric with water repellent properties, preventing blood discharges to the back of the tape.

● Features of the package
Each tape is individually sterilized before packaging.
Easy opening, simple removal.
Sanitary procedures: no need to touch the pad (which eventually has direct contact with the punctured skin) from the opening of the package to the application of the tape.

● Features of the adhesive area
Made from a non-woven urethane fabric which is flexible and extends well in all directions. Its extension recovery rate exceeds 90%, making it perfect for pressure immobilization.
High adhesive power, secure retention and sticking. (Fig 3)
By stretching the 39 mm × 80 mm sized tape to a moderate length, the pad can be securely bound from four directions to avoid becoming detached. (Fig 2)
